All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver messages.

8. Program Availability
Messaging services may not be available in all areas or on all carriers. Fulltime Investment is not liable for any delays or failures in message delivery.
9. Termination
Fulltime Investment reserves the right to modify or terminate its text messaging program at any time, with or without notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
